摘要
为研究高速公路弯坡组合路段载重汽车的侧滑机理,采用Adams/Car仿真系统模拟了载重汽车紧急制动后各轮胎的瞬时受力状态变化趋势。在系统中建立了基于刚柔耦合效应的载重汽车模型,采用"正常行驶-减速度"的速度控制模式建立了驾驶员操作仿真模型,基于3D样条路面建立了非实测模拟弯道组合路段路面模型并赋予路面抗滑性能属性,最终建立了载重汽车在高速公路弯坡组合路段紧急制动时的驾驶员-道路-车辆瞬态动力学响应模型。在模拟的弯坡组合路段上选择了10个超高变化点,模拟紧急制动状态下载重汽车各轮胎的受力变化与路面纵、横附着系数的分配变化。结果表明:弯坡组合路段侧滑事故多发与第1缓和曲线及未设缓和曲线的圆曲线上反向超高的存在紧密相关。
In order to figure out the sideslip mechanism of trucks traveling on the slope-curve sections of expressway, the instantaneous force trend of truck tires after emergency braking is simulated by using Adams/ Car simulation system. The truck model considering the rigid and flexibility couple effects is established in the system, the simulation model of driver operation is established using "moving normally-deceleration" speed control mode, and the simulated non-measured pavement model of slope-curve sections is established based on 3D spline pavement with skid resistance. Finally, the driver-road-vehicle transient dynamic response model of truck emergency braking on slope-curve sections of expressway is established. Choosing lO superelevation changing points in the simulation section, the tires' force changes and the distribution changes of longitudinal and lateral friction coefficients of tire-road contact when emergency braking are simulated. The result reveals that the multiple sideslip accidents have a close relationship with the exist of the reverse superelevations in the first easement curve and the circular curve without easement curve.
