摘要
防风网在散货码头堆场的应用日益广泛,其施工过程安全问题比较突出。本文以唐山港京唐港区3 000万t煤炭泊位(32#-34#)环保设施完善工程为例,通过钢结构支架吊装、系杆安装、网片安装三个典型的作业活动,分析了防风网施工过程中安全设备的选型及采取的安全措施,为类似项目的安全管理提供了参考依据。
Windbreak network was widely used in the stockpile of bulk cargo terminal, but safety problems occurred during the construction. Based on environmental protection facilities improving project of 30 million tons coal berth 32^#-34^# at Jingtang Port, by studying three typical operations, namely, the hoisting of steel structure supports, the installation of tie-rods and network sheets, analysis was made for the selection of safety equipment and safety measures adopted in the construction of windbreak network, which would provide a reference for the safety control of similar projects.
