某厂660MW超超临界锅炉一次风量特性试验研究

摘要 对于大型燃煤机组,制粉系统直接关系到锅炉燃烧的好坏,一次风量大小对炉膛煤粉的燃烧有较大的影响。以某电厂660 MW超超临界锅炉为研究对象,分析一次风量对锅炉燃烧特性的影响,通过研究表明:不同磨煤机出力下,一次风量增大,煤粉细度呈现非线性增加,当磨煤机出口一次风量大于90 t/h时,煤粉细度增加的幅度较大;在磨煤机出力45 t/h时,随着一次风量的增大,磨煤机电流减小,分离器电流增大;当一次风量的减小时,锅炉排烟温度降低,锅炉效率增加。 For large coal- fired units,the quality of boiler combustion is directly related to coal pulverizing. There is a great influence of primary air flow rate on the pulverized coal combustion. A660 MW ultra supercritical boiler being a research object,through the analysis of the influence of primary air on the combustion characteristics of boiler shows that the fineness of pulverized coal is nonlinear increase as the primary air increases under different outputing of mill,pulverized coal fineness increased greatly when the primary air of pulverized coal pipe is greater than 90 t / h,coal mill current decreases and separator current increases along with the increasing of primary air in the mill output 45 t / h,exhaust gas temperature of the boiler is reduced leaded to increasing of the boiler efficiency with the decreasing of primary air.
