体育赛事风险管理若干问题研究

Research on some issues concerning sports risk management

体育产业在我国呈蓬勃发展态势,体育赛事风险及其管理需引起人们的足够重视。对国际国内相关案例进行实证分析可知,体育赛事风险主要表现为球迷骚乱、踩踏等安全问题,恐怖主义袭击问题,运动员和裁判员的人身伤害问题等三类,分别可能涉嫌大型群众性活动重大安全事故罪、恐怖主义犯罪、故意伤害罪、聚众斗殴罪等罪名。对三类问题成因进行综合分析,提出建议,以有效防控和应对体育赛事风险。

Sports industry is flourishing in our country,and sports risks and their management need to be taken seriously enough.International and domestic related case empirical analysis shows that sporting event risks are mainly divided into 3 categories：security issues such as fan riot and stampede,terrorist attacks,bodily injuries of athletes and referees,which may be suspected of being involved in large -scale mass safety accident crime,terrorism,crime, intentional assault,affray and other charges.We should do a comprehensive research into the causes to the risks and give suggestions in order to effectively prevent and response to the risks.
