多效唑对中国水仙的矮化效应及机理研究

Study on Dwarfing Effect and Mechanism of Paclobutrazol on Narcissus tazetta var. chinensis

在不同处理时间及不同浓度多效唑的条件下,对中国水仙进行矮化处理.结果表明:不同时间、不同浓度的多效唑处理对水仙叶片、叶宽和花葶高度均起到了一定的抑制作用,花朵数增加,始花时间延迟,花期长度延长;叶片浓绿,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、CAT、SOD、POD含量不同程度增加.

In this paper,different concentrations with different treat time of paclobutrazol were used on Narcissus tazetta var.Chinensis. The result showed all treatments of Paclobutrazol had dwarfing effect at different degrees;leaf length,leaf width and pedicle height de-creased compared with control;content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were higher than the control;initial bloom-ing time delayed,flower number increased,the florescence CAT,SOD and POD was prolonged at different degrees compared with con-trol.
