科学控制项目成本有助于企业在激烈的竞争中立不败之地.目前,价值工程在项目成本管理中的应用并不多,还没有形成一个成熟的价值工程成本管理体系.为此,通过实证分析,探讨价值工程在项目施工进度计划、施工方案、劳务队伍、物资设备采购等方面的应用.

Scientifically controlling the project cost is conducive for the enterprise to standing in an invincible position in the fierce com-petition.At present,the practical application of value engineering to the management of project cost is not much,and there is not a mature cost management system based on value engineering yet.Therefore,through empirical analysis,this paper explores the applica-tion of value engineering in project construction schedule,construction plan,labor force,materials and equipment procurement and other aspects,to provide reference for project cost managers.
