Extension Synthesized Evaluation of Urban Public Transportation Service Quality

城市公共交通系统是城市各子系统中最复杂的系统之一,应用可拓学理论构造基于可拓综合评价方法的评价模型.从可用性、便捷性、感知度三个方面构建评价指标体系,将定性指标转化为定量指标,从而较准确地反映公交服务质量.最后举例表明可拓学理论方法能较真实地反映城市公共交通的服务情况.

Urban public transport system is one of the most complicated systems among all subsystems system in cities.This paper a-dopts extenics theory,the evaluation model is constructed by extension multi -factor evaluation method.It constructs evaluation index system from three aspects of availability,convenience,apperceiving degree,and alters the qualitative index into quantitative index,so as to accurately reflect service quality of urban public transit.Finally,with an example,it is shown that the theory of extenics method can really reflect the actual situation of city public transport service.
