不同行业进城务工人员社会支持状况的比较研究

A Comparative Study of Social Support Status of Migrant Workers in Different Industries

随着越来越多的进城务工人员涌入城市,他们的生存状况、社会支持、心理健康等成为人们关心的话题.采用《社会支持评定量表》对159名不同行业的务工人员进行调查,发现在主观支持维度上,不同行业、不同年龄的务工人员之间存在明显差异;在支持利用度上,男性进城务工人员明显不及女性.社会支持与个体心理健康关系密切,加强对进城务工人员尤其是青年及消费行业务工人员的社会支持力度已十分重要.

With more and more migrant workers enter the city,their life status,social support and mental health have become social con-cerns.By adopting the measure of Social Support Scale,159 migrant workers have been investigated.This paper found the migrant workers in different industries and age range have significant differences in subjective support,and male migrant workers are significant inferior to female in terms of using social support.Social support has close relationship with individual’s mental health.It is very im-portant to strengthen the efforts of providing social support to migrant workers,especially to the youth and those in consumption indus-tries.
