摘要
对高职教师责任感进行评价是促进绩效考核科学化、合理化的重要途径.建立一套反映责任感大小的科学合理的指标体系,并对指标体系各指标因素采用AHP确定权重,进而用模糊综合评价法量化出被评者的评分值,确定评价对象责任感等级,有利于探寻提升教师责任感的途径与方法.
To evaluate the responsibility of vocational teachers is the key issue to promote the rationalization of performance appraisal. In the paper,we establish scientific and rational indicators to reflect the responsibility level.We apply the AHP method to determine the index weight.And the fuzzy method is used to score and rate the object responsibility level.The conclusion shows that it is useful to improve teachers’responsibility by the assessment.
