摘要
竞技健美操运动员以柔韧性和协调性为基础,通过力量和力度的运用,为观众呈现出竞技健美操的唯美特性.近年来,核心力量训练方法开始应用于竞技健美操运动员的力量训练.选取没有损伤病史的竞技健美操运动员30名,将其分成对照组和试验组进行试验.制定训练体系,在两组均进行竞技健美操C组难度动作训练和传统力量训练的基础上,对试验组附加核心力量训练,经过为期8周的训练,试验组运动员的稳定性和核心力量各项指标测定结果优于对照组.结果表明,对竞技健美操运动员实施科学的核心力量训练,可以提升其稳定性及核心力量,并帮助其高质量地完成C组难度动作.
Based on the flexibility and coordination,competitive aerobics athletes present the aesthetic characteristics of competitive aerobics for the audience through the use of power and strength.In recent years,core strength training methods have been applied in the strength training of competitive aerobics athletes.This study selects 30 competitive aerobics athletes who do not have damage histo-ry.They are divided into control group and experimental group.Both groups accept group C difficulty movement training and traditional strength training,and we apply core strength training to experimental group.After 8 weeks of training,each index of examination re-sults of stability and core strength is better in experimental group than the control.The results show that implementing scientific core strength training in competitive aerobic athletes can improve their stability and core strength,and can also help them complete group C difficulty movement in a high quality.
