摘要
针对目前煤矿双液注浆泵的技术水平和特点,对其进行结构改造与升级换代,研制了一种新型气动注浆泵站,介绍了新型双液注浆泵站的组成系统及结构特点,同时分析了泵站的气压系统、液压系统、清洗系统等主要系统的工作原理。该泵站主要用于煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔的封堵,经煤矿井下应用,安全可靠,质量保障,工作效率高,节能环保。
According to the technical level and characteristics of present double liquid grouting pump in coal mines, the structural transformation and upgrading is carried out, a new pneumatic double liquid grouting pump station is developed. Its composition system and institutional characteristics arc introduced, at the same time, the system working principles are analyzed, including pneumatic system, hydraulic system, cleaning system. It is mainly used in sealing the hole for gas drainage in coal mine. By the application in underground coal mine, it is safe and reliable, quality assurance, high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection.
