摘要
离子色谱的应用,改变了实验室中人工滴定、比色等最原始的分析方法,已经成为水质监测中的重要手段。充分发挥了使用试剂少,检测灵敏度高,多项目检出限低,能同时测定多组分的优点。针对氯化物、硝酸盐氮和硫酸盐三个检测项目进行传统化学方法和离子色谱法间的比对。根据实际情况,在保证数据精确和仪器的正常安全使用基础上,讨论通过改变淋洗液的浓度,减少阴离子的保留时间,以提高工作效率。
The ion chromatograph has become the important means in water quality monitoring; its application changes the most primitive analysis methods in the laboratory, including the manual titration and the colorimetric determination. The ion chromatography has many advantages, such as the use of fewer reagents, the high detection sensitivity, the low detection limit of many multi-projects and the simultaneous determination of multicomponent.The three detection projects of chloride, nitrate nitrogen and sulfate are selected to compare by using the traditional method and ion chromatography method. According to the practice situation, the work efficiency of the ion chromatograph may be improved by changing the eluent concentration and reducing the anion retention time in the condition of the ensuring data accuracy and normal and safe use of instruments.
