基层精防人员合理用药知识掌握状况调查分析

Surveying the status of knowledge on rational psychiatric drug use of grass-roots mental healthcare professionals

目的:了解广州涉农地区基层精防人员对精神科合理用药知识的掌握状况,为有关部门制定相关政策提供参考。方法:对广州市涉农地区97名基层精防人员实施现场问卷调查,并采用评分的方法评价其精神科合理用药知识的掌握水平。结果:被调查人员对精神科合理用药知识掌握状况的评价得分均值为22.57±3.54分,人员性别、学历、职称、专业背景等因素对评价得分的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但从事精防工作年限的不同对评价得分的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:广州涉农地区基层精防人员对精神科合理用药知识的掌握状况整体上处于中等水平,仍需加强他们的在职培训和继续教育,以进一步提高其专业知识水平和服务能力。

Objective To study the status of knowledge on rational psychiatric drug use of grass-roots mental heahhcare profes- sionals in rural Guangzhou, and provide references for policy-making. Methods 97 cases of grass-roots mental healthcare profession- als in rural Guangzhou were surveyed with questionnaire. And their knowledge on rational psychiatric drug use was scored. Results The respondents＇ mean score of rational psychiatric drug use was 22.57 ± 3.54. Factors of gender, education background, profes- sional title and major had no significant influence on the scores （ P 〉 0.05 ）. But the professional working years had significant in- fluence （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The grass-roots mental healthcare professionals in rural Guangzhou had basically obtained the knowledge on rational psychiatric drug use,which needs to be further improved by on-the-job training and continuing education.
