摘要
探讨学生主动参与实践改变课程教学模式对创新护理教育的影响。通过对学校老师、临床老师和不同年级学生的调查,回顾性分析学生主动参与实践改变课程教学模式的循征实践。结果显示学生主动参与实践改变课程教学模式有助于增强学生获取信息能力和评判性思维能力,推动护理教育循征实践的发展,创新护理教育。
To investigate the influence of nursing education innovation with students active participation in practice to change the course teaching model. Nursing school teachers, hospital teaching nurses and different grade nursing undergraduates were inves- tigated. Evidence-based practice of nursing education was retrospectively analyzed with students active participation in practice to change the course teaching model. Results showed students active participation in practice to change the course teaching model helped to enhance nursing students to obtain information ability and critical thinking ability, promoted the development of evidence- based practice of nursing education and developed nursing school education innovation.
