Design and Reflection of Water Supply and Drainage Systems and Fire Water System for Dongfangjunyue Building Complex

东方君悦是一座包括酒店、公寓、商业等功能的综合建筑,其中一幢塔楼为超高层建筑,给水系统和消防系统均采用了中间水箱串联供水,并做了合理的竖向分区。详细介绍了各系统的设计参数,并对消防系统阀门设置、装修喷头布置、生活用水点水压以及自喷系统末端试水等问题提出了自己的观点和解决方法。

Dongfangjunyue is a building complex including hotel, apartment and commercial buildings of which one is a super high-rise building. Both water supply system and fire water system adopt water supply systems with intermediate water tanks in series, and there is a rational vertical division of water supply. The design parameters of various systems were introduced. Suggestions on valve setting in fire water system, layout of sprinkler with decoration, water pressure at fixture inlets and the drainage for sprinkler system testing were made.
