摘要
阳泉市污水处理厂对自动化系统进行了升级改造,升级改造的内容包括污水厂自动化硬件设备及配套系统、生产运行信息化管理平台建设。升级改造前污水厂自动化系统基本处于半瘫痪状态,改造后不仅生产过程能够达到远程监控,而且在辅助节能及降低投药量方面也取得明显效果。另外,生产运行信息化管理平台实现了生产设备、人员及物资的精细化管理,使设备维修费和人员成本大幅下降。
The upgrading and reconstruction of the automation system of Yangquan WWTP were performed. The contents of upgrading and reconstruction included automation hardware equipment and supporting system as well as construction of production operation information management platform. Before the upgrading and reconstruction, the automation system was in a semi paralyzed state, and after the upgrading and reconstruction, the production process could achieve the remote monitoring and control, and obvious effects in saving energy and reducing chemicals dosage were obtained. In addition the production operation information management platform achieved the refined management of production equip- ment, personnel and materials, and reduced the equipment repair costs and personnel costs significantly.
