2012年版《国家基本药物目录》中独家药物品种及剂型分析

Analysis on the Exclusive Varieties and Dosage Forms in the National Essential Medicine List(2012 Edition)

目的:为我国制订独家药物品种相关政策提供参考。方法:通过国家食品药品监督管理总局网站查找2012年版《国家基本药物目录》中独家药品生产企业生产的药物品种及剂型,对独家药物品及剂型的分类及相关情况进行分析。结果:共查找到独家药物品种63种,独家药物剂型57种,独家药物品种及剂型占国家基本药物的比例均为10%左右,且中成药独家品种较多。独家药物品种多采用单独招标方式进行招标,价格相对稳定。结论:建议进行独家药物品种带量采购、统一定价,并逐步降低招标价格,以减轻患者就医负担。

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the policy formulation of exclusive varieties of medicine. METHODS： According to the website of State Food and Drug Administration, the exclusive medicine varieties and dosage forms in National Essential Medicine List （2012 edition） were searched and the classification and related policies were analyzed. RESULTS： Totally 63 exclusive varieties and 57 dosage forms were found. The proportion of exclusive varieties and dosage forms in national essential medicine was about 10% ; most were Chinese patent medicine. The bidding of exclusive varieties was separated from other essential medicine with relatively stable price. CONCLUSIONS： It is suggested to purchase with the amount and uniform price and gradually reduce the bidding price to reduce the burden of patients.
