Content Determination of Methscopolamine Bromide Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立测定溴甲东莨菪碱片含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Shim-packVP-ODS,流动相为甲醇-0.5%庚烷磺酸钠溶液（含0.5%冰醋酸）（35∶75,V/V）,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为室温,进样量为20μl。结果：溴甲东莨菪碱质量浓度在0.100 2~1.502 7 mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均〈1.0%;平均加样回收率为99.66%,RSD为0.43%（n=9）。结论：本方法准确度高、操作简便,可用于溴甲东莨菪碱片的含量测定。

ABSTARCT OBJECTIVE：To establish HPLC method for the content determination of Methscopolamine bromide tablets.METHODS：HPLC was conducted.The column was Shim-packVP-ODS with the mobile phase of methanol-0.5% heptane sulfonic acid sodium solution（containing 0.5% acetic acid）（35∶75,V/V）at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min;the wavelength was 230 nm,the temperature was room temperature and the volume was 20 μl.RESULTS：There was a good linear relationship between the quality concentration of methscopolamine bromide and peak area in the range of 0.100 2-1.502 7 mg/ml（r=0.999 9）.The RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibly tests was all less than 1.0% and the average recovery was 99.66%（RSD=0.43%,n=9）.CONCLUSIONS：The method is accurate,easy and can be used for the content determination of Methscopolamine bromide tablets.
