Avoiding the Three Tendencies of the Transitional Development of Local Universities

地方本科高校转型发展中会出现"急功近利"、"投机主义"和"脱离实际"等三种倾向,因此,应从政府宏观管理、社会参与评估、高校自主办学和实验平台建造四个维度,建构地方本科高校转型发展的规避体系。

During the process of the transitional development of local universities, there exist three false tendencies. These tendencies are chasing easy and instant success, opportunism and being divorced from reality. In order to resist these tendencies, prevention system for the transitional development of local universities should be established through the overall management of government, the social evaluation, the autonomy of universities, and the building of experimental platform.
