煤业环境审计评价指标的构建与应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着全球变暖的不断加剧,“低碳”作为一个全新的概念被提出,并逐渐受到学术界的关注,许多国家正在努力倡导并实施低碳之路。我国将2020年单位GDP二氧化碳排放较2005年下降40%至45%的指标作为自主减排目标,并强调将减排目标作为约束性指标纳入国民经济和社会发展的中长期规划。
