文章结合重庆科创职业学院图书馆实列,从利用专项资金需要解决的问题、申报利用专项资金建设的程序、申报利用专项资金的建设项目三个方面,对如何利用政府财政补助经费加速高职院校图书馆发展进行了论述。

By taking the practice of the library of Chongqing Kechuang College as an example, this article expounds the questions of how to use the special-purpose funds to accelerate the development of the libraries of vocational colleges from the following three aspects： how to file an application for the special-purpose funds, how to follow the procedure of the application and how to use the special-purpose funds to solve the problems needing to be immediately handled.
