基于技术进化理论的医学装备技术成熟度评价方法的研究

Research on the Method of Estimating Technology Maturity of Medical Equipment Technology Based on Technology Evolution Theories

本文介绍了技术进化论的理论,探讨了技术成熟度的评价方法,包括TRL方法、技术专利法、文献计量法、市场调查和专家咨询方法。结合医学装备技术的特点,首次探索性地将成熟度评价方法应用于医学装备技术评价中,对新兴医疗设备技术和国产医疗器械成熟度进行了应用研究。最后将技术进化理论应用于医学装备技术成熟度评价,并对评价方法进行了讨论与应用展望。

This paper introduced the theory of technology evolution and discussed the methods of estimating technology maturity, including the TRL （Technical Readiness Level）, patent analysis, bibliometric, marketing research and expert consultation. In combination with the features of medical equipment technology, the maturity evaluation method was firstly applied to the medical equipment technology so as to make a research on maturity evaluation of the new medical equipment technology and the domestic medical equipment. At last, with application of the theory of technology evolution in new medical equipment technology maturity evaluation, this paper made a discussion on the evaluation methods and their application prospects.
