摘要 为加强医院感染管理,利用.NET技术和SQLSERVER2005数据库技术,对医院各信息系统做无缝连接,并开发医院感染实时监控系统。我院在监控系统实时采集医院感染数据的基础上,同时采用医生上报和医院感染管理科监管相结合的三级管控模式,实现了医院感染的智能化判别、监测与预警,降低了感染发生率,提高了医院感染管理专职人员的工作效率和工作质量。 In order to strengthen the management of hospital infection, the .NET technology and SQLSERVER2005 database were used to build a seamless interface with each subsystem, and then a real-time hospital infection monitoring system was developed. Based on real-time collection of hospital infection data, the tripartite-control mode was applied to combine doctors’ reports and supervision from Department of Hospital Infection Management to realize intelligent identiifcation, monitoring and broadcasting. Application of the system could reduce the infection rate and improve the work efifciency and quality for nosocomial infection managing staff.
