摘要
本文阐述了儿童X线拼接片摄影架和防护铅板框的研制过程。该摄影架主要由长方体木架框、钢管、透明有机板和自制刻度尺构成。该防护铅板框是在铅板上挖个小口制成。行儿童X线片拍摄时,应用该摄影架可提高图像拼接成功率,实现肢体的真实测量;应用该铅板框可降低儿童的受照剂量。
This paper elaborated the development of the X-ray image-splicing iflming support and lead-plate prevention frame for children. The iflming support was mainly composed of the cuboids wooden frame, steel pipe, transparent organic panel and self-made ruler. And the lead-plate prevention frame was made by performing a small incision on the lead plate. Application of this iflming support could increase the successful rate of image splicing in pediatric X-ray imaging and realize the real measurement of limbs and trunk. Application of the lead-plate prevention frame could reduce the radiation dose for children.
