RCM理论应用于手术室设备维护管理的探讨

Discussion on the Application of the RCM Theory to Equipment Maintenance and Management in the Operation Room

本文以RCM理论为基础,运用逻辑分析方法,列出手术室设备的风险评估值、风险等级和故障统计,制定了手术室设备的维护管理策略,有效地提高了设备使用的可靠性。

With deployment of the logical analysis method, this paper pointed out the risk assessment value, risk level and fault statistics of equipment in the OR （Operation Room） on the basis of the RCM （Reliability Centered Maintenance） theory. Additionally, it also formulated solutions for maintenance and management of equipment in the OR, which could effectively improve the reliable use of equipment.
