摘要
介绍印度斯坦锌业公司SK铅锌矿千米立井安全快速施工技术。立井井筒净直径7.5m,深度1 051.5m,为印度矿山行业最深的立井井筒。井筒配置先进的施工装备,采用科学合理的施工方法和一系列安全技术措施,有效地克服了井下高温和硬岩爆破的难题,最高月单进150.8m,从而达到安全、优质、快速施工的目的,充分体现了中国建井技术水平。
The safe and rapid construction technology of 1 000m deep shaft of SK lead and zime mine in Hindustan Zinc was introduced. The shaft had a net diameter of 7.5m and a depth of 1 051.5m, which is the deepest vertical shaft of mining industry in India. In order to overcome problems of high tempe- rature in underground and hard rock blasting, the advanced construction equipments were adopted, the construction method of scientific and reasonable as well as a series of measure of safety and tech- nology were applied. The highest month shaft completed was 150.8m. All of these ensure reach the goal of safety, excellent and rapid excavation, which reflects China^s mine construction technological level fully.
