摘要
石拉乌素煤矿风井由立井转平巷施工过程中,利用立井凿井设施,采用凿岩台车钻眼、防爆装载机装岩、防爆胶轮车运输、井底水窝储矸、中心回转抓岩机抓岩、吊桶提升的作业方式,工作面全断面一次爆破和清底。采用胶带输送机向底卸式吊桶送料,吊桶向防爆胶轮车卸料,防爆胶轮车运料,PS-6I混合型湿喷机喷混凝土,减少物料运输环节,提高下料和运输物料的速度。从而,克服了井下空间狭窄,无法大量存放、搅拌喷射混凝土料的困难,提高了支护工作效率。
In shaft changed to drift construction of the ventilating shaft in Shilawusu Coal Mine, we used its shaft sinking facilities, and adopted the operation mold of drilling holes by drill rig, loading rocks by explosion proof loader, transporting rocks by explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle, stockpil- ing rocks in water nest of the shaft bottom, seizing rocks by central rotated rock-seizing machine, ele- vating rocks by hoisting bucket, these could achieve full-face excavation by one blasting and one bot- tom clearing. And we adopted belt conveyor transporting material to bottom unloading type automatic discharge bucket, hoisting bucket unloading material to explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle, explo- sion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle transporting material, mixed type wet spraying machine spraying con- crete, these could reduce the links of transporting material, and increase the speed of casting and transporting material. Thus, we overcame the difficulties of underground narrow space, could not store and stir a lot of stirring shotcrete material, improve support efficiency.
