MoP催化剂的制备及对溶剂油的加氢活性

摘要 用浸渍法制备了MoP/Al2O3催化剂前体,通过该前体采用体外还原-钝化-还原的方法制备了MoP/Al2O3。选用C6、C7溶剂油作为模型化合物,以Al2O3为载体,考察不同实验条件下磷化钼催化剂的活性。结果表明,MoO3质量分数为22%的磷化钼催化剂的使用条件为反应温度210℃、空速1.5h-1;当MoO3质量分数为14%时,其反应条件为反应温度230℃、空速1.5h-1。 The MoP/Al2O3 catalyst precursor was prepared with impregnation method and a series of Al2O3-supported molybdenum phosphide catalysts were prepared by convention reduction-passivation-reduction method using the precursor.The catalytic activity of MoP/Al2O3 was investigated on different conditions in solvent oil C6,C7 as model compounds.The results showed that the application conditions of MoP/Al2O3 catalyst with 22% and 14% molybdenum trioxide content were reaction temperature 210 ℃,space velocity 1.5h-1 and reaction temperature 230 ℃ and space velocity 1.5h-1 respectively.
