The guidance to freshmen plays a very important role in guiding them to become talents.The main problems in thi s process are their psychology of self-abasement,incorrect studying methods,bad studying habits and negati ve influences of society.On the basis of analyses,it is necessary to give them directions in psycholo gy and study so as to help them acquire correct conceptions of life and value.
