摘要
西宝客运专线宝鸡南站正线及相邻两侧到发线铺设无砟轨道,路基最大填方高度约10 m,地表为第四系黏质黄土,最大厚度约30 m,且车站内横向结构物密集,过渡段频繁设置,路基工后沉降难以控制。采用一种新型路基基础结构形式——四线连续埋入式桩板结构,通过沉降观测与评估、动态检测及运营实践证明,使用效果良好。该结构较传统复合地基相比,具有有效控制沉降、方便施工、缩短工期等优势。
Ballastless track is laid on the main line and receiving-departure lines adjacent to Baoji south station on the passenger dedicated line from Baoji to Xi’an. In view of the embankment of 10m height, the ground surface coved with quaternary clayey loess of maximum thickness 30m, the intensive transverse structures in the station, the frequent transition sections and the uncontrollable settlement of subgrade after acceptance, a new kind of structure form of subgrade base with continuous embedded pile-sheet structure for four lines is designed. The observation and evaluation of settlement, the dynamic detection and the operation have shown that the structure works well and effective. Compared with traditional composite ground treatment, the structure is advantageous in settlement control, construction efficiency and reduction of erection time.
