摘要
按哈密铁路枢纽总图规划,哈密东站为地区唯一编组站,驼峰为哈密东编组站的关键设备,对提高车站解编效率满足编组站工作需要有重要的作用。为合理设计哈密东站驼峰峰高,根据哈密地区车流特点、自然条件等,分析目前货车车辆的发展趋势,哈密东驼峰理论峰高计算在规范规定的传统计算方法的基础上,采用滑动轴承和滚动轴承相结合综合分析的新方法,经驼峰纵断面优化设计,合理确定哈密东站驼峰峰高为2.98 m,提高哈密东编组站的作业效率,总结大、中能力驼峰的设计经验。
According to the general Hami railway terminal plan, Hami east station is the only marshalling yard in the area. The hump is the key equipment of Hami East marshalling yard and is very important to improve the yard efficiency. This paper analyzes the future development of wagons to calculate the rational height of the hump with reference to the characteristics of wagon flow and natural conditions. The calculation is guided by the calculation stipulated in the Specification and conducted with the new methods for analyzing sliding bearing and rolling bearing. The rational hump height is determined to be 2. 98 m after optimization of hump cross-section. This paper also summarizes the experiences in design of large and medium humps.
