中国、日本女子空手道运动员进攻技术运用的比较研究

A Comparative Study on Attacking Skills of Chinese Karateka and Japanese Karateka

运用文献资料调研、专家访谈和观察等研究方法对中国、日本女子空手道运动员进攻技术使用情况进行对比,结果显示:1)在技术的使用上,中国运动员以单个技术为主,组合技术为辅,单个技术在得分上"一枝独秀";日本运动员单个技术与组合技术协调发展,得分上两者平分秋色。日本运动员拳法技术占优,中国运动员腿法技术更强;2)在进攻距离上,中国运动员中、远距离进攻配合协调,进攻距离灵活,远距离进攻效果较好;日本运动员则更依赖于中距离进攻,进攻距离单一,但效率较高;3)中国、日本运动员选择进攻区域的趋势基本一致,但中国运动员在不同区域进攻数量差异较大,得分能力高低不平;日本运动员在不同区域进攻数量较为平衡,且均具有较强的得分能力;4)在进攻时机上,中国运动员善于抓住不同的时机组织进攻,灵活性胜于日本运动员,但在主要进攻时机的把握能力上距日本运动员还有着较大的差距。

By using the method of literature review, expert interview and observation, attacking techniques of Chinese karateka and Japanese karateka were compared, the following results were found that 1） In the field of technique uses, Chinese karateka prefer single technique to set techniques and they may excel in single technique points, while Japanese karateka pay equal attention to single technique and set techniques. Japanese karateka are superior in boxing techniques and Chinese karateka in position techniques. 2 ） In the field of attacking distance, Chi- nese karateka usually focus on middle and long distance and they are flexible in attaching dis- tance, while Japanese karateka prefer middle distance in attacking but they are more effective. 3） In the field of attacking zone, they make no obvious differences, but Chinese karateka perform quite different in different attacking zone, while Japanese karateka act more equally and they may get more points. 4） In the field of attacking points, Chinese karateka can catch differ ent attaching points and they are more flexible, while Japanese karateka do better in catching key attacking point.
