摘要
在甘肃省陇西县南部山区引种了15份燕麦(Avena sativa)种质,通过测定株高,产草量和牧草品质等项目,评价了15份燕麦种质的表现。结果表明,供试燕麦株高在83.1~119.8cm,平均株高为100.9cm;青永久108燕麦的产草量最高,为12.9t/hm^2,青永久205燕麦的产草量最低,为4.4t/hm^2。青永久198、青永久416、青永久205和青永久415叶片产量较高,约占总产量的35%以上;青永久415燕麦干草的粗蛋白含量为8.2%,显著高于其他燕麦种质(P〈0.05),青永久83燕麦的粗蛋白含量最低,为3.1%;青永久286燕麦的酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量为44.5%,显著高于其他燕麦(P〈0.05);青永久198燕麦的ADF含量为21.5%,显著低于其余各燕麦种质(P〈0.05);青永久108燕麦的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量显著高于其他燕麦种质(P〈0.05);青永久18燕麦的NDF含量为39.9%,显著低于其余燕麦种质(P〈0.05)。综合干草产量和品质分析表明,青永久108和青永久415燕麦是甘肃陇西南部二阴山区建植燕麦栽培草地的首选品种。
In order to select superior oats (Avena sativa )forage for southern mountains areas in Longxi County,Gansu Province,the oats height,forage yield and forage quality of 15 oat germplasms were measured. The results showed that the height of selected oats ranged from 83.1 cm to 1 1 9.8 cm,and the average height was 100.9 cm.The forage yield of Qingyongjiu No.108 was the highest (12.9 t/hm^2 ),while Qingyongjiu No. 205 was the lowest (4.4 t/hm^2 ).Qingyongjiu No.1 98,Qingyongjiu No.41 6,Qingyongjiu No.205 and Qingyongjiu No.415 had higher leaf contents (beyond 35% of total yield).The CP content of Qingyongjiu No. 415 was the highest (8.2%),while Qingyongjiu No.83 was the lowest (3.1%).The ADF content of Qingyongjiu No.286 was significantly higher than that of other oats varieties (P 〈 0.05 ),while that of Qingyongjiu No.1 98 was significantly lower than that of other oats(P 〈0.05).The NDF content of Qingyongjiu No.108 was significantly higher than that of other oats varieties(P 〈0.05),while that of Qingyongjiu No.18 was 39.9%,and significantly lower than that of other oats(P 〈0.05).Comprehensive dry yield and quality anal-ysis showed that Qingyongjiu No.108 and Qingyongjiu No.415 were appropriate varieties for establishing culti-vated meadow with high-quality in southern mountainous areas in Longxi,Gansu Province.
