摘要
目的探讨经超临界CO2流体萃取得到的黄蜂胶和药渣用乙醇提取得到的黑蜂胶合用对小鼠的免疫功能的影响。方法将160只SPF级昆明种雌性小鼠均分成4组,各40只。其中黄黑蜂胶分0.167,0.333,0.450 g/(kg·bw)3个剂量给小鼠灌胃,对照组给等体积的大豆油,共30 d。测定小鼠的NK细胞活性、免疫器官脏器/体重比值、迟发型变态反应(DTH)、刀豆蛋白A(Con A)诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力、抗体生成细胞数、半数溶血值(HC50)、单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞吞噬率指标。结果 0.450 g/(kg·bw)剂量能显著提高小鼠DTH能力、Con A诱导的淋巴细胞转化能力、血清HC50、增加抗体生成细胞数(P<0.05);0.333,0.450 g/(kg·bw)剂量的黄黑蜂胶能显著提高小鼠NK细胞活性(P<0.05),超临界CO2流体萃取的黄蜂胶对胸腺体重比值、脾脏体重比值、单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力、小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力均无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论黄蜂胶与黑蜂胶合用具有增强免疫力的功效。
Objective To study the mice immunoregulation effect of the combined use of yellow propolis obtained by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and black propolis obtained by the slag alcohol extraction. Methods Totally 160 SPF grade Kunming female mice were equally divided into 4 groups,40 cases in each group,The yellow and black propolis groups were gavaged by 3 doses of 0. 167,0. 333, 0. 450 g/(kg·bw)respectively,while the control group was gavaged by isometric soybean oil,lasting for 30 d. The mice's NK cell activity,ratio of immune organs and body weight,delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH),ConA induced lymphocyte transformation ability, number of antibody generating cells,half value of hemolysin( HC50),phagocytosis index of macrophage phagocytosing cock's RBC and monocyte-macrophage carbon clearance were measured. Results The dose of 0. 450 g/(kg·bw)could significantly increase the DTH ability,ConA induced lymphocyte transformation ability,serum HC50 value and number of antibody generating cells( P ﹤ 0. 05). The doses of 0. 333 g/(kg·bw) and 0. 450 g/(kg·bw)yellow and black propolis could significantly increase the activity of NK cell(P ﹤ 0. 05). Yellow and black propolis obtained by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction had no obvious influence on the ratio of thymus and body weight, ratio of spleen and body weight,monocyte-macrophage carbon clearance ability cornbined with capacity of mice macrophage phagocytosing cock's RBC( P ﹥0. 05). Conclusion Yellow proplis combined with black propolis has the effect for increasing the immunoregulation function.
