重庆34家医院2011年至2013年分子靶向抗肿瘤药物应用分析

Application Analysis on Antineoplastic Molecular Target Therapeutic Drugs in 34 Hospitals of Chongqing during 2011-2013

目的了解重庆地区医院分子靶向抗肿瘤药物的使用情况与特点。方法对重庆地区34家医院2011年至2013年分子靶向抗肿瘤药物的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费用(DDC)等进行回顾性分析。结果销售金额与DDDs呈逐年增长趋势,DDC相对稳定。结论 2011年至2013年重庆地区分子靶向抗肿瘤药物应用状况和发展趋势较合理。

Objective To investigate the use situation and characteristics of antineoplaslic molecular target therapeutic drugs in hospitals of Chongqing area. Methods The utilization data of use varieties,consumption sum,frequency of defined daily dose（DDDs）and average daily drug cost（DDC） of antineoplastic molecular target therapeutic drugs were retrospectively and statistically analyzed in 34 hospitals of Chongqing area during 2011-2013. Results The consumption sum and DDDs of antineoplastic molecular target therapeutic drugs showed an increasing trend year by year and DDC remained relatively stable. Conclusion The use situation and development trend of antineoplastic molecular target therapeutic drugs is comparatively reasonable.
