超临界CO_2萃取鱿鱼内脏油的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用超临界CO2萃取法提取鱿鱼内脏油,以提油率为评价指标,研究萃取鱿鱼内脏油夹带剂、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对提油率的影响,得到最佳提取工艺条件为:无夹带剂,萃取压力30 MPa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间30 min,在此条件下鱿鱼内脏的提油率为64.79%。气相色谱分析结果表明,提取的鱿鱼内脏油脂肪酸组成为:辛酸(2.97%)、十三酸(14.11%)、豆蔻酸(1.90%)、硬脂酸(5.30%)、油酸(14.64%)、反亚油酸(2.17%)、γ-亚麻酸(18.02%)、花生酸(9.49%)、花生油酸(4.35%)、山嵛酸(3.84%)、EPA(8.10%)、DHA(15.10%)。 Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction (SCDE) was used to extract oil from squid viscera, taking the oil extraction rate of squid viscera as evaluation indicators, the influences of entrainer, extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time were studied. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: without entrainer, extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 40 ℃, extraction time 30 min, and the oil extraction rate was up to 64.79%. Gas chromatographic (GC) analysis was used to analyze the components of fatty acid of squid viscera oil. Octanoic acid, tridecylic acid, myristic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linolelaldic acid, γ-linolenic acid, arachidic acid, peanutoleic acid, behenic acid, EPA, DHA were detected within squid viscera fatty acid.
