摘要
依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立不确定度的数学模型,系统地分析计算氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定稻米中硒含量的不确定度。结果表明,氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定稻米中硒含量的不确定度主要来源于:重复性引入的不确定度、斜率和截距引入的不确定度及工作曲线拟合引入的不确定度。由本试验方法得到的稻米中硒含量扩展不确定度及最终结果表示为(0.027 9±0.004 0)mg/kg(k=2)。
According to JJF 1059.1-2012 'Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement', uncertainty on determination of selenium contents in rice by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was analyzed comprehensively by developing mathematical models of uncertainty. The result showed that the principal uncertainty on determination of selenium contents of this method came from retesting, slope, intercept and standard curve fitting. The final result of selenium contents in rice measured in this way was expressed as: (0.027 9±0.004 0) mg/kg(k=2).
