某院2009年至2013年住院常见病种医疗费用分析

Medical Expenses Analysis on the Common Hospitalization Diseases of a Hospital from 2009 to 2013

目的通过医院医疗费用分析了解医疗费用的构成特征与发展趋势,为深化医疗改革提供依据。方法选取某院自2009年至2013年住院患者中前20排名的常见病种的住院病历资料,统计住院时间、医疗费用及其构成成分等资料进行数据分析。结果通过统计分析,腹股沟疝、肺恶性肿瘤等4种疾病住院医疗费用呈下降趋势,腰椎间盘突出症、脑梗死等7种疾病呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论医疗服务体系改革既要满足不断增长的服务需求,又要控制费用的不合理增长,达到医疗质量最佳化与医疗费用合理化平衡。

Objective To understand the constitute characteristics and development trend of medical expenses through an analysis on it, and promote the medical reform of the hospital. Methods The medical records materials of the hospitalized patients with the top 20 common disease entities were selected from a hospital from 2009 to 2013, then conduct statistical analysis on items included hospitalization time, medical expenses and its composition. Results Through the statistical analysis, the medical expenses of four kinds of diseases included inguinal hernia, pulmonary malignant tumor and so on had a trend of decreasing, while that of other seven kinds of diseases included lumbar disc herniation, cerebral infarction and so on had a trend of increasing （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The reform of medical service system should not only meet the growing demand for services, but also control the unreasonable increasing of medical expenses, thus to achieve the best quality and reasonable balance of medical expenses.
