2731例广州户籍住院患者恶性肿瘤疾病构成分析

Investigation on Diseases Composition of 2731 Cases of Malignant Tumor Inpatients with Guangzhou Census Registration

目的了解某院广州户籍患者恶性肿瘤的发病情况及规律，为地区的恶性肿瘤防治提供科学依据。方法对某院2011年-2013年收治的广州户籍恶性肿瘤患者数据进行统计分析。结果2011年-2013年某院共收治广州户籍的恶性肿瘤患者2731例，前十位的癌症总数为2105例（占77．1％）分别是：气管支气管和肺癌、结肠癌、肝脏和肝内胆管癌、直肠和肛管肛门癌、乳房癌、女性生殖器癌、胃癌、前列腺癌、泌尿道癌、鼻咽癌。男性恶性肿瘤发病高于女性（1．3：1），尤其是食管癌、肝脏及肝内胆管、鼻咽、泌尿道等男女发病比例较高。恶性肿瘤的高发年龄组主要集中在40岁以上的中老年人群，尤其是60岁～79岁年龄组。乳腺癌是20岁-39岁青年女性患恶性肿瘤的首位。结论恶性肿瘤在地区、性别、年龄等有各自的特点，有必要加强恶性肿瘤发病地区、性别、年龄差异等流行病学研究，以进一步细化指导不同地区、年龄、性别等人群的早预防、早诊断、早诊疗措施，降低恶性肿瘤的发病率。

Objective To investigate the morbidity situation and regular pattern of malignant tumor inpatients with Guangzhou census registration in a hospital, and provide scientific evidence for the prevention of malignant tumor in this region. Methods To conduct a statistical analysis on the data of the malignant tumor inpatients with Guangzhou census registration from 2011 to 2013. Results The cases number of malignant tumor inpatients with Guangzhou census registration was 2731 in this hospital. The totalnumber of the first ten malignant tumors was 2105 （77. 1%）, which included tracheal bronchus or lung cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, rectal cancer, breast cancer, female genital cancer, gastric cancer, prostate cancer, urinary tract cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The malignant tumors incidence of male patients was high than female patients, the gender ratio was 1.3： 1, especially high in esophagus cancer, liver cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, urinary tract cancer and so on. Malignant tumor mainly concentrated on the population over 40 years old, especially patients aged between 60 to 79 years. Breast cancer was the first malignant tumor in the young women who aged between 20 to 39 years old. Conclusions The incidence of malignant tumor has different characters in aspects such as areas, gender, age and so on, so it is necessary to research the epidemiological featm＇es of the areas, gender, ages to offer more detailed evidences for the guidance of early prevention, diagnosis and treatment, so as to decrease the incidence of malignant tumors.
