医疗模拟培训在我国产科教学的应用探讨

Investigation on the Application of Medical Simulation Training in the Clinical Teaching of Obstetrics Department in Our Nation

目的探讨和阐述医疗模拟培训在我国产科教学中应用的意义及可行性。方法 2014年1月1日至2014年12月31日期间在我院模拟培训中心共组织7次产科模拟培训,对192名参加培训学员的培训情况做调查分析。结果 87.0%的学员在培训前对模拟培训方式不了解;61.5%培训者认为通过培训使临床实践能力明显提升,38.5%的培训者认为有所提升;98.5%的学员对继续参加培训有需求。结论医学模拟培训非常适合产科实践能力的培养,利于临床技能及团队抢救能力的培养和临床经验的积累,应当在我国产科临床教学中推广。

Objective To investigate and describe the application significance and feasibility of medical simulation training in the clinical teaching of obstetrics department in our nation. Methods We organized seven times of simulation training in obstetrics department of our hospital from January 1st to December 31st in 2014, and conducted investigation and analysis on the 192 participants who joined the training. Results 87.0% of the participants had no awareness of the mode before the simulation training, 61.5% of the participants thought their clinical practical ability had improved obviously through the training, 38.5% thought improved to some extent and 98.5% participants had acquirements on continue training. Conclusions Medical simulation training is well suited for the cultivation of clinical ability in obstetrics department, it could be benefit to the cultivation of clinical practice skills and team rescue ability as well as the accumulation of clinical experience, which should be promoted in the clinical teachinz orocess of obstetrics department in our nation.
