Process Quality Management Evaluation Analysis on Single Disease of Cerebral Infarction

目的调查分析新疆某三甲医院脑梗死单病种质量管理实施情况并评价其效果。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,按照卫生部单病种质量控制指标如急诊首次NIHSS评估、入院45分钟内头颅CT、核磁检查、吞咽困难评价等对我院脑梗死单病种质量控制实施前后实施组与未实施组各项过程质量指标完成情况进行比较分析。结果在2组基线资料均衡的情况下,脑梗死单病种质量管理八项指标的执行率比未实施组显著提高,差别有统计学意义,其余五项指标的执行率似乎较质量控制实施前有所上升,但均无统计学意义。结论脑梗死单病种质量管理通过对诊疗过程的质量控制,规范了诊疗行为,我院对各项质量指标完成情况较好,今后要加大各项指标的实施力度。?

Objectives To analyze and investigate the application status of single disease quality management of cerebral infarction in a three A Tertiary Hospital of Xinjiang and evaluate its effect. Methods With the application of retrospective study method, to conduct a comparative analysis on the accomplish situation of all quality indexes before and after the application of single disease quality control of cerebral infarction in our hospital according to the single disease quality control indexes announced by the ministry of health such as the first NII-ISS evaluation in emergency, head CT/MRI examination within 45 minutes admitted to hospital, dysphagia evaluation and so on. Results In the balance of baseline data in the two groups, the executive rate of the 8 process criteria in implemented group was significantly higher than in the unimplemented group, the difference was statistically significant, the rest of the five process criteria in implemented group seems to be increase, but there was no statistical significance. Conclusions The treatment behaviors were standardized through conducting quality contrpl on the treatment process of single disease quality management of cerebral infarction. The accomplish situation of all the quality indexes was relatively well, so our hospital should strengthen the implementation efforts of the indexes in the future.
