Social Entrepreneurship:the Path to Solve the Problem of College Graduates' Employment

就业为民生之本,自主创业是促进大学生就业的重要举措。公益创业坚持社会责任与经济利益并重和以社会责任为主的原则,是一种新型的创业形式。发展公益创业有利于创造更多就业岗位,提高大学生综合素质,为经济发展营造和谐的社会环境,最终促进大学生就业率的提高。当前,社会、政府、高校和个人应形成"四位一体"的联合机制,共同促进公益创业的不断发展,使之成为应对大学生就业困境的重要途径。

Employment is the fundamental thing for college students, and entrepreneurship is an important measure to promote their employment. Social entrepreneurship upholds the main principles both of social responsibility and economic interests, and is a new form of entrepreneurship. So to de- velop the social entrepreneurship is conducive to creation of more jobs, improvement of students＇ over- all quality, creation of a harmonious social environment for economic development, and ultimately in- creasing college students＇ employment rate. Currently, a mechanism that brings together society, government, universities and individuals should be built to promote the development of social entre- preneurship and work as an important solution to the difficulties in students＇ employment.
