摘要
广西地形地貌多变、水系发达、历史文化悠久且民族众多,在饮食文化上深受川湘粤等多方影响。桂菜在漫长的形成和演化成过程中,受自然地理因素、历史文化因素以及多民族因素的影响,并与本土文化相互融合,衍生出了丰富多彩的桂菜饮食文化。分析桂菜的菜系定位发展,有利于桂菜的传承和推广。
Guangxi development culture other provinces like is an area with changeable landscape,well-developed river system, long-standing and history and diversified nationalities, which is greatly affected in terms of catering by Guangdong, Hunan and Sichuan. In is long-standing development and evol cuisine has been affected by with the local culture, giving physical geography, history birth to rich and colorful and culture and diversified nationalities ution, Guangxi and integrated Guangxi cuisine culture. Analysis of Guangxi cuisine orientation and development is conductive to inheritance and popularization of Guangxi cuisine.
