从产学研协同育人的视角看学生就业能力的培养

On Improving Students' Employment Competiveness by Better Coordinating Production, Teaching and Research

目前,我国大学生就业面临着结构性矛盾。大学生就业能力的提高需要构建多方协同育人体系,而这一点往往在目前的协同创新实践中被忽视。本研究从产学研合作与就业能力提升的角度,借鉴美国产学研合作经验,分析了我国产学研合作协同存在的问题,并就此提出了产学研协同育人以提升大学生就业能力的政策建议。

Chinese undergraduate students have been facing severe challenges employment. To improve their employment competiveness, there should be enhanced awareness for better coordination between all social factors involved their education and employment. Inspired by the American practices on production,teaching and research, the paper analyzes the problems in Chinese cooperation in these three elements from the perspective of improving employment competitiveness and put forward a policy proposal concerning production-teaching-research cooperation in order to cultivate the employability of undergraduate students.
