摘要
教师教育专业中的条件性知识在师范生的知识结构中具有本体性价值。但当前教师教育专业条件性知识教学基本上属于知识加工型学习。为此,应从树立学思结合培养师范生创新能力的反思批判观、树立因材施教培养个性化教师的个人本位观、树立知行统一培养学生实践能力的从教体验观等方面着手,为教师教育人才培养创造良好环境,从而使其成长为教育实践领域中的高素质、高层次教育人才。
Conditional knowledge in teacher education program has ontological value in intellectual structure of normal students in teacher education institutions. But these days, the teaching of conditional knowledge is almost equal to the learning of knowledge processing in teacher education program. The effective teaching of conditional knowledge in teacher education program should proceed from the following aspects: connecting learning with thinking and cultivating normal students’ innovation in the view of reflective and critical value; teaching students according to their aptitude and cultivating their practical ability in the view of experiential value of being a teacher and so forth. Thus doing, we can create a good environment for teachers to cultivate education talents and make them high-quality and high-level talents in educational practice.
