在互联网进入大众化时代之后,信息来源、信息呈现及信息交互形式发生了巨大变化,网络编辑的工作必须针对变化进行适时调整。本文以"时光流影"平台对网络编辑的能力要求为例,从管理用户能力、内容管理能力、复合技能及见识修养四方面总结社交网站对网络编辑素质和能力的要求。

Web editor, born as an emerging industry in the internet era, has substantial differences with the traditional media editor. Especially when it turns to the mass internet era, enormous changes are seen in the sources of information, the presentation of information and the information exchange, thus the work for web editors must also be timely adjusted under this situation. In this paper, taking the social platform Timeface for example, it illustrates from the perspective of user management, content management, complex editing skills and self-cultivation, intends to summarize the requirements for web editors in social networks.
