摘要
采用环己胺与对苯二甲酰氯为原料合成了β晶型聚烯烃增强型成核剂N,N'-二环己基对苯二酰胺.实验确定的最佳合成反应条件为:环己胺和对苯二甲酰氯摩尔比为1.95 ~2.0;反应时间为5~6h;反应温度为(82±2)℃.
Experiments using cyclohexane amine with terephthaloyl chloride for the synthesis of N, N' - bis-cyclohexanyl-p-phenylendicarbonylamine, a ncleating agent used for manufacture of reinforced β - crystalline polyolefin, was synthesized by use cyclohexyl amine and terephthalyl chloride (TPC) as raw materials. The optimum reaction conditions are : the molar ratio of cyclohexylamine and TPC is 1.95 to 2. 0 ; the reaction time is 5 - 6 h ; the reaction temperature is ( 82 ± 2) ℃.
