当代建构主义“认知结构”原理在学校心理健康教育中的运用

摘要 当代建构主义兼具经典认知学派的优点和时代特色。体现建构精神的认知心理咨询理论,由于坚持以"理性建构解惑、调适、促进发展"为取向的原则,其操作过程和方式与学生的知识学习过程、方式及目标相似,适合学校心理健康教育。课题组灵活地运用认知建构原理于中职学校的心理健康教育之中,确立了一套较为适合的策略、方法;建设了一套较为适用的、可供采纳参考的教育内容。这些方法和内容,原则上也适用于大学的心育工作。 The contemporary constructivism has both the advantages and times characteristics of cognitive school. The consultative theory in cognitive psychology with constructivism characteristics is fit for mental health education because of its "principles of rational construction to resolve doubts, adjust, and promote development", and some similarities to students' learning process, methods and targets in its operational processes. So the cognitive constructive theory is flexibly used in the mental health education of secondary vocational schools by the research group. The suitable tactics, referable teaching ways and education content are formed, which are suitable for the psychological education of universities and colleges.
