刑事案件中血迹一直都是破案的关键所在,而深色物体上的血迹往往被人忽略,就算被人察觉也不容易鉴定出来,这一直都是司法鉴定中的一个难题。使用紫外可见光谱仪,利用反射附件测定带血深色纺织物的反射光谱是必要的。本研究探讨了改变采样间隔、参比等情况下,深色纺织物上血迹光谱特征,比较发现采用Ba SO4白板调基线后,利用同色无血空白布料做参比的效果最佳。

The blood is always the key to solve crimes in criminal cases, but blood on dark objects is often ignored by people, or even not easy to be identified, which make it a difficult problem in judicial authentication. The UV-vis spectrometer is necessary to determinate spectral reflectance of blood on dark fabric by reflection accessory. This study discusses the spectral characteristics of blood on dark fabric by changing circumstances such as sampling interval, reference etc, and finds out the best results can be achieved by using a same color bloodless blank fabric for reference and with whiteboard of BaSO4 as comparison.
