去除镉离子固定化生物吸附剂的研制 被引量:2

摘要 利用固定化包埋技术,将变形假单胞菌(Pseudomonas plecoglossicida)C-18及生物氧化锰固定在复合载体的网状结构中,制备固定化生物吸附剂,用于处理含高浓度镉的原水.以固定化吸附剂的机械强度、传质性能、镉吸附率为分析指标,对固定化吸附剂的成分配比进行优化.结果显示:将聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠结合使用,作为包埋剂,可有效提高固定化吸附剂的各项性能;添加生物氧化锰可提高固定化吸附剂的镉吸附率;去除镉离子的固定化吸附剂较为适宜的配方(均为质量分数)为聚乙烯醇4%,海藻酸钠4%,菌体(干重)0.5%,生物氧化锰1.8%. Using immobilized embedding technology, Pseudomonas plecoglossicida C-18 and biogenic manganese oxides were immobilized inside the reticulate structure of composite' carrier for the preparation of immobilized biological adsorbent. The immobilized biological adsorbent were used for the the high concentration Cd wastewater treatment. Considering the mechanical strength, mass transfer efficiency and Cd adsorption rate, the composition proportion of immobilized biological adsorbent were optimized. Combining PVA with SA as embedding agent can effectively improve the performance of immobilized biological adsorbent. Adding biogenic manganese oxides can improve the Cd adsorption rate of immobilized biological adsorbent. The suitable process conditions of immobilized biological adsorbent were as follows: PVA 4%, SA 4%, C-18 addition (dry weight) 0.5%, biogenic manganese oxides 1.8%.
